FBI KILLS SUSPECT OF BIDEN THREATS

Man killed during FBI raid in connection with threats against President Biden, officials

On Wednesday morning, during an FBI operation, a person was killed by gunfire in Utah, as confirmed by the FBI . This campaign was related to the investigation of alleged threats against President Joe Biden and others, according to two officials briefed on the matter.

One of the officials told that the investigation began in April, and the FBI had informed the US Secret Service in June. Alongside the concerning online posts, the agents mentioned that the individual under investigation had provided advice online about taking physical actions. These threats were considered “credible,” the officials said.

The incident involving gunfire occurred around 6 a.m. local time at the Salt Lake City. When special agents attempted to make an arrest on a residential property, a standoff and exchange of gunfire ensued.

In a statement, the FBI mentioned, “The events involving FBI personnel discharging firearms are taken seriously by the FBI.” “According to FBI policy, the shooting incident is under investigation by the FBI’s Inspection Division.”

The deceased individual, Craig Robertson, was facing multiple federal charges based on a federal complaint received by multiple sources and Sky Baaz Feed.

Robertson faced three counts, including interstate threats, threats against the President, and using threats to impede, intimidate, and retaliate against federal law enforcement officers via threats.

The allegations stated that Robertson had made threats against President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, along with several other officials associated with the trial of former President Donald Trump, involving claims of harm. Numerous social media posts suggesting harm remain in circulation.

The President is scheduled to travel to Utah on Wednesday.

According to the allegations, among the posts Robertson had made, one was published on August 6, three days before Biden’s scheduled trip. The post stated, “I heard Biden is coming to Utah. I’m digging up my old ghillie suit and cleaning the dust off my M24 sniper rifle,” and referred to the post as a “credible threat of harm or intent to cause harm.” Threatening the President Biden with harm.

A spokesperson from the US Secret Service stated that the organization was aware of the FBI investigation regarding “an individual in Utah who has made threats against a Secret Service protectee,” and said no further questions about the FBI.
